Litigation

The meaning of litigation in law refers to the actions between two opposing parties working in the interest of enforcing

or defending a legal right. In most cases, the parties settle litigation by working out an agreement, but they

may also go to court and have the jury or judge determine the final resolution.

Guided by an ethical and solid understanding of our clients’ core objectives, The Law Office of Gregory Parvin  focuses on reaching the best outcome for our clients—efficiently and with accountability. In all of our undertakings, we combine aggressive dedication and a strong sense of know-how in serving our clients.  Our pretrial, discovery, trial, and appellate efforts are designed to solve clients’ problems, not prolong them. Greg uses discovery as a tool to dispose of a case quickly, evaluating the likelihood of success of a claim and filing dispositive motions when appropriate.

Greg Parvin has substantial knowledge and experience representing clients in business and corporate law matters. He is well-versed in the requirements imposed on corporations from the initial start-up through dissolution, at the local, state and federal levels.

His understanding of business and corporate law ensures that clients remain in compliance with the laws, rules, and regulations governing their operations.
